Where we started, and where we're going.
Smartest Hires began as an AI receptionist and voice AI company. We were good at it. We helped businesses stop losing leads, answer calls at 2am, and automate the front-door of their operations.
But the more time we spent inside organizations, the more we saw a deeper problem: business leaders didn't just need a voice agent. They needed someone to help them think through the whole picture.
Which workflows should be automated? Where does human judgment still matter? Who owns AI implementation internally? What tools are worth the investment? These are the questions no one was answering well.
